Jack Nicklaus almost had a birdie with this great chip out of a trap on the second hole during the final round of the 1968 Bing Crosby Pro-Am Tournament in North Palm Beach, Florida. Nicklaus went on to sink the ball for a par 5. The 8′x10′, black and white photo is double matted and framed with an authentic golf ball that was struck by Jack in 2002. The photo comes with the official ‘Golden Bear’ hologram guaranteeing authenticity. It is part of a limited edition of 500. The item measures 17 x 21.

Rocco Mediate earned his first PGA TOUR victory at the 1991 Doral-Ryder Open with a 5-foot birdie on the first playoff hole against Curtis Strange, making him the first player to win a PGA TOUR event using a long putter. In another playoff, Rocco defeated Steve Elkington on the 76th hole at the 1993 Kmart Greater Greensboro Open for his second TOUR win. He returned from back surgery in 1996 to tie for fourth at THE PLAYERS Championship, making birdies on each of the last six holes, the first player to do so at the TPC at Sawgrass. In 1999, Rocco edged out Justin Leonard by two strokes at the Phoenix Open to earn the third PGA TOUR victory of his career.
