Starting with a brief refresher course on fundamentals (grip, stance and alignment) Leadbetter presents his three key elements of a proper practice regiment: the pre-match warm-up session, the focused technical workout and the mental preparation that enables the player to meet the challenges out on the course. This is the first Leadbetter book to deal with how to prepare to be a better golfer. David Leadbetter is perhaps the best known golf instructor in the world.
